Hey man, I got your psxultra.wad, pretty damned sweet! I still can't get the falking psx music mp3s to work via the audio.ded for some reason, so I was wondering what program you used to make the psxultra.wad so that I could (TRY!) to make a wad like that with the music so I could just launch it in the kickstart program. Thanks

Well, for the sounds wad, I first took the game cd and dumped the sound files using a program called Psound. Next, I then used a program called wintex to edit together a sound wad that uses the samples I dumped.
You really have to know what you are doing with the wads to pull this off. You have to know all the labels ID used for the original sounds so that everything matches up in the game.
The music cannot be dumped, only recorded. So Psound doesn't help for that.
