Actually, none of those programs work for Doom 64. The sprites and textures are compressed, so you can't use sprite or tile viewers to see them. The best you can hope for at this point is screen captures from either a card or emulator. I combed the internet for N64 graphic decompressors, but the only ones ever made were for Zelda OoT and Zelda MM.

Well, what I'm looking for is a utility to rip graphics from MAME roms. Though I found something about EDITING the sprites and graphics, it said nothing about extracting them.
I'm looking for something like that because I have a certain "project" in mind that I don't want to disclose any details about right now other than it's DOOM-related.

Anyways, I just bought it in Mirc from a guy. I have the original game, and I really bought the real thing but, the console is from a friend of mine (he was supposed give the money back later, but he never did, so I said "you don't need to pay me if you lend me the N64 with all your games). I just hate the N64 in big screens. Always looks blurry. And the controls are a little bit stupid. The whole fun of the game is spoiled because of control pad.

Welcome to the forums Weirdkid.
Thus the TC. Hi-Res graphics and mouse control on Doom 64. What more could you ask for?
BTW, if you DO emulate it, I recommend using a PSX Dual Shock controller for it. SO much better than the N64 controller.
I'm in the same boat for owning Doom 64. Had it the day it came out. Saw no point to keeping the N64, since my friend has one. And my friend lost his. So I have Doom 64, and no Nintendo 64.

There really isn't any possible way to get good PSX DooM music unless you record it or extract it straight from the code.I tried ripping the music myself. All I got was ambient sounds.Apparently the Audio tracks are compressed within the game's code, and uses ambient sounds for a base.
meaning...
(code stuff) #use "ambient6.wad" (YES, PSX DooM uses Wads) (code stuff) #use "ambient2.wad"
Think of it as midi samples.
You load the sound font, and you play it back, compressed in a way so that it uses what sounds are available to it.

The PSX Doom music only uses a few samples for each track. They are then played back at various speeds and frequencies as instructed by the program. This is why PSX Doom music cannot be dumped. It doesn't exist in that form, only as a list of instructions for the samples to be played back by.
I went for the next best thing and used a digital fiber-optic cable on the PS2 to record the songs from. This removed any loss of signal that normally happens through analog cables.

Can you guys give me REALLY specific instructions on how to rip music from console games? I mean, like a tutorial? Because it's something i'm interested in doing, with various systems (DC, Playstation, XBox), and if it helps any I have a HP Pavilion 533w/

Okay, 3 steps :
1.Get Psound. IT RULES at ripping music from console games.Especially PSX. That's why it's called "Psound."
2.Scan the file you want to extract music from.Make sure you have the appropriate CD in your cdplayer (duh)
3.Click on all the tracks until you find what you want. Remember though, you might only end up with ambient samples, like PSX Doom.
Really? No wonder I can't find the slow version of the Map02 opening sound...PSXs are cool.
You said U use a PS2 to play PSX DooM (2)? How fast does it play? 60 FPS? 70? 80? 90? 100?
