I just got an email from the website www.kinkiness.de/ about some mp3s there. They're the classic Doom tracks, but they sound FUCKING INCREDIBLE!!! Here's a link directly to the page: www.kinkiness.de/doom.htmlHopefully the guy replies to my email soon. I want to know more about these tracks and who did them. Also, I might put them on the Depot if they let me. Those are the BEST songs I've heard in a LONG time.

Hmm, or Ultimate Doom too. But I was wonder if they might ever hit the psx doom music. I love the music from it! ;D When I first came here, the first thing I downloaded was Deimos Anomaly music. I'm gonna mix D64 music and PSX Doom music in my project.

Who else here thinks this might be fitting for a Doom Movie, or might be bootlegged work from Trent Reznor?
I still think this might fit into Doom3...Reznor or not.

You guys have me in suspense now!!! I'm sitting here waiting for it to download, because if it sounds like something that good, I have to hear it! Hmm, if it's Doom, it's that good, and sounds like it could be Trent Reznor's work, maybe one could be a good theme for my sub villain, Shadow (the dark god's high priest in my anime, who is also a genius and built a bio-genetic army).... and I'm listening to them now... and oh my god... this is great!!! ;D HAHAHAHA!!! This is soooo great!!! This gives me that feeling I had when I read the Knee Deep in the Dead book! I wish I had these then, I coulda really added to the effect!!! OMG...

THE BEST one by far is track 8, Demons on the Prey. It sounds very Metroid-like for the first half (I REALLY CAN'T WAIT for the new games), then morphs into an orchestral masterpiece with violins and cellos. I actually felt tears well up when I heard the beauty of this track.
I NEVER burnt a Doom music CD to listen to at work or in the car before (like I do with Castlevania music), but this music is pure beauty.

It's Insane, It's madness, It's down right awesome!!! Right now I'd have my "melfice-insanity pic" av on here, but It isn't uploaded anywhere. . Oh, I burned nearly all the Doom 64 you have on here onto a 2 disc set. My friends were very impressed by the quality of them. Oh my god, this music... I gotta watch it or I'll go off on it again...It's....so.....amazing!!! It's just, it drives me nuts to listen to it! But in a good way... I MUST HAVE THESE ON A CD!!!!!!! PERFECT FOR SCHOOL, DRIVING, DRAWING, AAAAHHHH!!!!!

Personally, my favorite was The Imp's Song version, tied with the victory music.

I've only listened to a few, track 8 is really awesome as Elby said, but I really like Track 1, the Intro.
I mean, it kinda just creeps along, and then the sounds of what could be considered computers starts in, and the whole thing comes together. I'm just sitting here, imagining the start of the book when Fly and the 2 Rons heard the radio, with this playing as background music. I mean, this has Doom movie, based off of the novels (oh so sweet it would be), written all over it!!! And then, I can imagine Fly and Arlene as they defeat the Spidermind, with the victory music in the background, that is until they see Earth is under attack through a pressure shield back on Deimos... then comes Doom 2!
Speaking of the movie, I know there had been plans for one for years. Has anyone heard anything of it?

The last I heard on a DOOM movie, Melfice, the rights expired. So abandon all hope, ye DOOMie With Doom III coming along, however, maybe the interest will spark again (I've actually had an idea to write a script off some new ideas I had, and NO, it doesn't involve McKnight).

Yeah, I had thought about Doom 3, and the fact that it's a re-telling of the original Doom, which means that it would still be over the original doom. Ah, yes, the track list. Thanks Elby! You see, I have a CD case cover/back and cd sticker label kit. I'm making my own cover and burning it onto a cd. The cover is pretty cool looking too, now that I've taken PSP7 and some original Doom textures to it. It is definatly worth putting on a cd!
