Last Level - Need Help!

Finally managed to make it to the last level in Doom 64 (Level 28 - absolution). I know that there's a few bonus levels after this, but I just want to beat the game. Any advice? When the last guy fires those missiles, I can't seem to avoid them. Also, what weapon do you recommend using when you get the invulnerability capsule? Thanx, fellas.

If you got enough ammo you can use the BFG for a few shots. But the Supershotgun and the unmaker are my favorites. The Super shotgun for close combat with much damage and the unmaker to "snipe" down enemies from a distance.
